Procrastinators planning to make a special New Year’s Eve holiday meal are running out of time.
Many grocery store chains — including Trader Joe’s, Costco and Publix — will close a few hours earlier than usual Tuesday.
While Walmart was closed on Christmas, stores will be open both Tuesday and Wednesday. And for any forgotten ingredients, drug store chains including CVS and Walgreens will be open on the holiday along with convenience stores.
On-demand delivery services including Instacart, Shipt, goPuff, Drizly also will be delivering both days but hours and availability vary.
